Rental Price List

Rates for Indoor Room (includes restroom)

Monday- Thursday Hourly Rates

8am - 9pm  $40/Hour (No minimum)

Friday Hourly Rates

8am - 5pm $50/Hour (No minimum)

6pm - 9pm  $150 (3 hour minimum)

6pm – Midnight $250  (6th hour free)

Saturday & Sunday Hourly Rates

8am - 5pm $50/Hour (3 hour minimum)

6pm - 9pm  $150  (3 hour minimum)

6pm – Midnight $250 (6th hour free)


Rates for Outdoor Venue (includes outdoor amenities, indoor room & restroom

Monday- Thursday Hourly Rates

$90/Hour  (No minimum) 

8am - 9pm

Friday Hourly Rates

8am - 5pm $100/Hour (No minimum)

6pm - 9pm  $300 (3 hour minimum)

6pm – Midnight $500  (Party must move indoors after 10PM. Indoor rates charged for 10pm-12am.)

Saturday & Sunday Hourly Rates

8am - 10pm $100/Hour (3 hour minimum)

6pm – Midnight $500  (Party must move indoors after 10PM. Indoor rates charged for 10pm-12am.)

We will be as flexible as possible if the needs of your event differ from the hours listed above.  Please call and we can discuss our availability to accommodate your request.

Cleaning Package

$50

With this package,  we will take care of all of the cleaning for you after your event.  You can literally just turn off the lights and pull the door closed behind you and we'll handle all of the rest.

Decorations Package

Begins at $25

With this package, we will take care of all of the decorating for you prior to your event in your chosen theme.  

A complimentary consultation is required prior to your event to discuss available options to ensure we get all of the details right.  

Final price is determined based on decorations requested.  

Food & Drink Package

$50 (Food and drink add'l)

We work closely with other local businesses and can provide meals, desserts and cocktails, if needed. 

With this package we will handle all food and drink needed for your event.  

A complimentary consultation is required prior to your event to discuss available options to ensure we get all of the details right.

All disposable cups and tableware are provided .

Final price is determined based on menu choices and quantities selected.   

Cups and Tableware Package

$25

With this package we will provide all disposable cups, plates, bowls, eating utensils, napkins, etc.    Price is for parties up to 20 guests.  Prices increase with guest count.  Please call for quote.

Event Planning Package

With this package we will take care of all of the planning and organizing for your event.  A complimentary consultation is required to discuss your vision and ideas for your event.  Final Planning Package fee is in addition to any other services booked.    Please call for quote.
